New Book from Dr. Attila Gyucha

Congratulations to Assistant Professor, Dr. Attila Gyucha on the publication of his new book, First Kings of Europe: From Farmers to Rulers in Prehistoric Southeast Europe. This book, co-edited by Dr. William A. Parkinson (Field Museum of Natural History), contains 11 papers on the evolution of social hierarchy in the Balkans from the Neolithic to the Iron Age, and is the first volume accompanying a unique exhibition co-curated by Drs. Gyucha and Parkinson. The traveling exhibition is currently on display at the Institute for the Study of the Ancient World at New York University.
