Fall 2024 Photo Contest Exhibition

Get a look behind the camera lenses of our talented anthropologists! Join us at Baldwin Hall Room 250 on October 2nd from 1:00-2:00 pm to experience the Fall 2024 Photo Contest Exhibition and vote for your favorite photo! Refreshments will be served.

Photo submissions will be accepted starting September 9th through the 25th. No photography skills necessary! Photos can show your work in the field, lab, or anything demonstrating your anthropological experiences from around the world or close to home! 

There is a $50 award each to the vote-favorite undergraduate and graduate student submissions! The runner-ups in each category will receive cool swag! 

A call for photo submissions will be sent on September 9th. 

 

Contest Rules:

1. The contest is open to anthropology undergraduate and graduate students.

2. Submissions must be original photographs taken by the participant.

3. Maximum of two entries per person.

 

Contest Schedule:

September 9: Call for submissions

September 25: Submission deadline

October 2: Exhibition/voting kickoff

October 9: Voting ends

October 10: Winners announced!
