Anya Jaye Lesser's article, "This Land is Your Land, This Land is My Land: An Analysis of the Supreme Court Ruling in Carpenter V. Murphy (2020)" explores a recent Supreme Court ruling with implications for how criminal cases on reservation lands are handled, as well as tribal rights more generally.
