Communications Coordinator Position Summary: This position serves as the initial point of contact for the Department with a strong focus on communication. Responsibilities in addition to general reception work include working on departmental communication including, but not limited to, generating and editing content and coordinating the logistics for announcements, posters, external correspondence as well as the departmental website and social media accounts. Works with and provides administrative support to the business manager, the department head and the department using various programs including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud and other resources as needed.
